Founder

The Psalmists was founded by pastor, poet and published author Joshua Luke Smith.

Joshua has been featured in Complex Magazine, BBC 1XTRA, BBC 6 Music, Premier Radio, UCB Radio, Wordplay and many other media outlets. He has given a TED X Talk, tours extensively and has served as a Pastor for over ten years.

Chair and Trustee

Loretta Andrews is a music manager and mentor who is acting Chair of The Psalmist Trustees. In 2019 Loretta was selected as part of the Music Manager Forum’s ‘Accelerator’ Program in partnership with YouTube. In 2021 Loretta was selected to be part of the PRS Foundation’s ‘Power Up’.

Trustee

Michael has been involved in ministry for 18 years and has a passion to see the ancient truth found in scripture impact and transform the world today. Living in Liverpool, with his wife Amy and their 3 children, they lead a church that is seeing new people come to know Jesus and enter a discipling community each week.

William is the founder of Kingsgate, a management consultancy. Will holds a diploma in management accountancy from CIMA which he obtained after graduating from the University of Bath with a first-class honours degree in BSC Business Administration.
